Firm Bookkeeper
With over a decade of experience and knowledge in billing administration, Cindi joined our firm in 2020. She assists in whatever capacity necessary at our firm, learning and developing new skills along the way. Cindi is an instrumental asset to our firm and brightens the office with her smile and cheerful energy. In her free time, Cindi loves spending time with her family and grandchildren in the outdoors.

Lesley Bernabe
Lesley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University, Chico. She joined the firm in 2022 and quickly adapted to the legal industry with professionalism and ease. Since joining Leonard & Lyde, she has developed a strong understanding of legal procedures, medical records, and legal terminology. Lesley’s exceptional analytical skills allow her to effectively support our attorneys with a wide range of complex and detail-oriented administrative tasks.
Office Manager
Speedo joined Leonard & Lyde in 2016 and brings an infectious energy to our office. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the firm, greeting our clients, and barking at delivery drivers. Speedo sits in on meetings to cultivate a professional, collaborative environment with our clients and consultants. On his days off, Speedo enjoys chasing squirrels, riding in his golf cart, and enjoying a cocktail on the patio with our partner, Marc Lyde.
