Practice Areas

Professional Liability Defense; Professional License Defense, which includes representing physicians before the Medical Board of California and Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses before the Board of Registered Nursing. A large part of Mr. Pai’s practice is family law, including martial dissolution, child custody and visitation, and spousal support. 

Litigation and Trial Experience

Mr. Pai has tried medical malpractice to juries throughout Northern California. Mr. Pai has extensive litigation experience and was a lead trial attorney at his previous firm. 

Education

Mr. Pai completed his undergraduate degree at California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Nursing. He attended University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, where he earned his Juris Doctor (with Distinction), in 2004. 

Personal/Life Interest

Mr. Pai enjoys an evening in with his wife, ordering takeout (preferably Thai food), and taking weekend trips around the North State.
